CLEANING 

Cleaning is very important part of rubber belt manufacturing. As rubber dust is very harmful for environment as well as efficiency of machinery. Thus we try to avoid rubber dust as soon as possible and keep out of our manufacturing facility.

EDGE SHAPING 

Advantage of the inclined edge rubber belt is that it permits maximum machine width utilization. This is quite important as fabrics are being woven ever wider, while shrinking machine width is not always being increased.

THICKNESS CHECK 

The most common thickness of Rubber Belt is 67 mm (2.5/8"). Higher thickness will initially require higher force for outer surface elongation as the belt turns around the pressure. This result in cracks on outer surface and will need to grind surface.

WIDTH CHECK 

Vulking Rubber Belts checked always with width from beginning of belt binding to process to end where we spape the edges. While ordering for rubber belt. Normally Rubber Belt should be 150 mm to 200 mm wider than the cloth to be processed.

HARDNESS CHECK 

Vulking Rubber Belts checked regularly with hardness. From commencement of process to end, each belt masticated batches are lab checked with hardness before process and after process hardness is also checked on every part of belt.

SHIPPING 

We use a special Design wooden box which will maintain its circular shape. To remove belt from Box, remove the two side planks provided with removable bolts. Insert metal Pipe and lift the Belt from carefully with the help of pulley chain.

PACKING

The Belt is dusted with fine talc powder and wrapped in hessein cloth to prevent any surface damage. The wooden box is lined with corrugated paper to protect Belt from sunlight, heat & dust particles. 

GRINDING

To get the absolute and long last uniform surface Vulking Rubber Belts are precisely grinded. To get the optimum result and absolute smooth surface with zero error in finishing. Grinding is very neat and clean without any surface degradation.

BELT VULCANIZING

Vulking Rubber Belts are precisely manufactured. To get the exact output measurement, constructed rubber belt is vulcanised in specially constructed vulcanizing machine to give exact energy and time required to each belt.

Vulking Rubber Belts are precisely manufactured using mastication process having uniform mixing of all ingredients. This process is very complicated making rubber compound quality upto mark and develop desired properties.

RUBBER BATCHING

Masticated rubber compound is checked and formed in to batches to use as green stock, and take it in use as first come first use with batch numbering. Each batch is measured in weight carefully and perform lab checks in each and every batch.

BELT BINDING

The belt from the previous process
is binded with unique combination of conventional and modern process by the custom tailored machines. Each steps are adjusted to prevent errors. Our experts are skilled with a variety of techniques.
